1. Why do we process personal data?

When you visit our website, request information or use our services, we ask for some personal data. Dynamic Expo Leads handles this data carefully and confidentially, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Dynamic Expo Leads is a trade name of Zo Lijn, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 81973691 and located at Muidenkade 93, 3826 CA Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Zo Lijn is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR.

We only process personal data that you actively provide to us yourself (for example via forms, email or telephone). We do not use systems that automatically collect data or create profiles.

2. For what purposes do we use your data?

  • Drawing up quotes, agreements and invoices
  • Delivering our services
  • Maintaining contact via email, telephone or WhatsApp
  • Creating and managing accounts within our systems
  • Processing reviews or testimonials
  • Marketing purposes, such as sending emails or newsletters

3. What personal data do we process?

  • Name, company name and job title
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Address and billing details
  • Any additional information you provide yourself

We do not request special categories of personal data. If a visitor is under the age of 16, we require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Legal bases for processing

  • The performance of an agreement or quote request
  • A legitimate interest (such as customer communication or marketing)
  • A legal obligation (such as fiscal retention requirements)
  • Your explicit consent

5. Sharing data with third parties

We only share personal data with third parties where necessary for:

  • Performing the agreement (e.g. hosting, email, administration)
  • Complying with a legal obligation

With parties that process data on our behalf, we conclude data processing agreements to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Dynamic Expo Leads remains responsible for these processing activities. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Suppliers and business partners

If you provide services to Dynamic Expo Leads as a supplier or partner, we process your name, company name, job title, email address and telephone number in order to maintain contact and record agreements.

7. Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation requires otherwise.

  • Financial administration: 7 years (in accordance with Dutch tax law)
  • Other customer or contact data: a maximum of 2 years after the last point of contact, unless you give consent for longer retention

8. Data security

We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss or unauthorised access, including:

  • Secure connections (TLS/SSL)
  • Strong passwords and two-factor authentication
  • Up-to-date security software and regular backups
  • Confidentiality obligations for staff and partners

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you
  • Have data corrected or deleted
  • Object to the processing of your data
  • Restrict processing or withdraw your consent
  • Have your data transferred to another party (data portability)

You can submit a request to [email protected]. We will respond as soon as possible, and within four weeks at the latest. To verify your identity we may ask additional questions or request an anonymised copy of your identity document (as permitted under the GDPR).

Our website uses cookies to improve the functioning of the site and to track statistics. We use:
